The Network Science Society  launches for the first time the NetSci Society Young Initiatives in occasion of the 2018 edition of the annual International Conference and School of Network Science.

 

NetSci Young Initiative for Best Talk Pitch

The Young Initiative is meant to award the quality of the research contributed by a young researcher while recognizing her/his ability to explain and present the results.

- 1st place

- 2nd place

by Shai Pilosof, University of Chicago.

 

- 3rd place

by Kaj Kolja Kleineberg, ETH Zurich.

 

NetSci Young Initiative for Satellite Meeting.

The Young Initiative is meant to financially sponsor the organization of a satellite meeting at NetSci2018 proposed by young researchers.
